This week was a solid week finally! Runs felt good, the knee pain and top-o-the-foot pain have subsided for the most part so it allowed me to get in some confident solid workouts and get the mileage past the 40 miles threshold for the first time in a few weeks.
Head off to DC tonight and with the crazy schedule there looks like it will be the ole Dreadmill getting some workouts.
