Frying the Bird = Protein....right?

Well we decided to take a break from hitting the roads and the family took a shot at frying our first bird this past weekend. I figure since it was "home-fried" it wasn't so terrible for me right?

Well regardless it was outstanding and the days of putting a bird in the oven for hours-on-hours is over..........it's all PeeDee Rub and Fried from here out!
